The LOA was issued on January 19, 2026.

The scope of the contract involves serving as the user fee agency at Mundka Fee Plaza (Km 22+750) and includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks. This engagement is for the collection of user fees and is considered a domestic contract. The execution period for this contract is 90 days. The company has confirmed that its promoters do not have any interest in NHAI, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
