His expertise spans corporate finance, treasury, taxation, ERP, risk management, IPOs, and M&A. In a related move, Mr. Kapil Rajora will transition to the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), designated as Senior Management Personnel, also effective January 14, 2026.
