This follows previous intimations regarding the acquisition from Sky Gate Hospitality Private Limited. The company executed the Shareholders’ Agreement with PBJ and its founders on January 09, 2026. The equity shares forming part of the acquisition were duly credited to Heritage Foods Limited's demat account on January 08, 2026. This strategic move is expected to bolster Heritage Foods' position in the market.
