HeidelbergCement India Limited (HCIL) has officially announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025. This announcement was made public through newspaper advertisements in Business Standard (English, all editions) and Business Standard (Hindi, Delhi edition) on February 7, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company's financial performance for the period shows a revenue from operations of ₹12,103.21 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, compared to ₹14,692.92 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. For the third quarter ending December 31, 2025, the revenue from operations stood at ₹4,222.96 crore. Operating profit before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (PBIDT) for the nine months was ₹1,542.54 crore, and for the third quarter, it was ₹583.10 crore. Net profit after tax for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, was ₹597.94 crore, with the third quarter reporting a net profit of ₹207.73 crore.
