HEG Limited has received observation letters from BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) regarding a Composite Scheme of Arrangement. This scheme involves HEG Limited, HEG Graphite Limited, and Bhilwara Energy Limited, along with their respective shareholders and creditors, under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The observation letters were issued by BSE on January 8, 2026, and by NSE on January 9, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. This follows the Board of Directors' earlier approval of the scheme on March 10, 2025, which was contingent upon obtaining necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.
