HDFC Bank Limited has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results during a meeting held on January 17, 2026. The bank reported a net profit of ₹18,653.75 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Additionally, the bank announced the retirement of Mr. Bhavesh Zaveri, its Executive Director, effective from the close of business hours on April 18, 2026. Mr. Zaveri has requested not to seek re-appointment and wishes to explore opportunities outside the banking sector. The Board of Directors expressed their appreciation for his services. Furthermore, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will open on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
