HDFC Asset Management Company Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 14, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. These results have undergone a limited review by B S R & Co. LLP, the company's statutory auditors.

The Board also approved an amendment to the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The amended code will be made available on the company's website.

The board meeting, which commenced at 12:05 pm and concluded at 2:25 pm, also led to the decision to keep the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives closed until January 16, 2026, in compliance with AMC Share Dealing Code and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
