HCLTech was honored for its pivotal role in supporting Ericsson's transition towards zero-touch operations. Over a multi-year collaboration, the two companies have leveraged AI, automation, and cloud migration strategies to improve operational stability and scalability. Their joint efforts have focused on managing critical infrastructure and applications and supporting user environments globally.

Apoorv Iyer, Head of GenAI/AI Practice at HCL Tech, stated that the award validates HCL Tech's commitment to end-to-end innovation and creating value through scalable solutions. He expressed gratitude to Ericsson's leadership and anticipates a deeper collaboration.

As of the 12 months ending December 2025, HCLTech reported consolidated revenues totaling $14.5 billion.
