HCL Technologies (HCLTech) has entered into a multi-year partnership with The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC), the world's largest ice cream company, to design, build, and manage a future-ready IT infrastructure. In the coming years, HCLTech will deploy its AI Force platform to embed artificial intelligence across TMICC's digital infrastructure. This collaboration aims to evolve TMICC's IT operations from AIOps to a NoOps model, enabling zero-touch automation and autonomous IT operations. The partnership is crucial for TMICC as it advances as an independent listed company, infusing intelligence into its digital foundation and redefining operational excellence. HCLTech's expertise will ensure a seamless Transition Service Agreement (TSA) exit from Unilever and the establishment of a greenfield IT infrastructure for an AI-powered digital future.
