HCL Technologies (HCLTech) has been selected by Circles, a global technology company specializing in SaaS platforms for telecom operators, to enhance next-generation connectivity solutions. This collaboration aims to serve telecom operators and non-telecom brands worldwide. HCLTech will utilize its expertise in product engineering and its full-stack AI portfolio to accelerate innovation within Circles' Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) and Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) platform. The partnership is expected to facilitate faster implementation of Circles' platform for its global clientele and expand AI-driven managed service offerings, enabling greater efficiency and agility for telecom operators and digital brands. Sanjay Kaul, CEO of Circles Aspire, stated that the partnership with HCLTech significantly enhances Circles' capability to assist operators, MVNOs, and MVNEs in launching and scaling their services, improving customer experience, and moving beyond legacy system constraints.
