HCL Technologies (HCLTech) and Carahsoft Technology Corp. have announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation within the U.S. Public Sector. Under this agreement, Carahsoft will serve as HCLTech's Public Sector distributor, enabling Federal, State, Local, and Education agencies to access advanced, mission-driven technology solutions. The collaboration will leverage Carahsoft's expertise in Public Sector contracting, sales, and marketing, along with its extensive reseller network and existing contract vehicles such as NASPO ValuePoint, OMNIA Partners, E&I Cooperative Services Contract, and The Quilt. HCLTech will provide its AI-driven platforms, cloud-native modernization services, cybersecurity offerings, and constituent-focused services, building upon its dedicated Public Sector Solutions subsidiary. This partnership is designed to enhance constituent services, strengthen cybersecurity, and improve operational efficiency within government agencies. Michael Shrader, Vice President at Carahsoft, emphasized the goal of making HCLTech's AI Force accessible at the required speed and scale. Arjun Sethi, Chief Growth Officer at HCLTech Public Sector Solutions, highlighted the collaboration's focus on driving IT efficiencies and modernizing technology platforms to achieve lasting outcomes for agencies. HCLTech's consolidated revenues for the twelve months ending December 2025 totaled $14.5 billion.
