HCL Technologies Limited has announced a change in the record date for its interim dividend. Originally fixed for January 16, 2026, the record date has been shifted by one day to January 17, 2026.

This adjustment is due to a trading holiday on January 15, 2026, announced on account of Municipal Corporation Elections in Maharashtra. The payment date for the interim dividend, previously announced as January 27, 2026, will remain unchanged.

The Board of Directors had declared this interim dividend in a meeting held on January 12, 2026. The company had initially intimated the stock exchanges about the record date of January 16, 2026, on the same day.
