HCL Technologies Limited announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results, which included both consolidated and standalone financial statements.

In addition to the financial results, the Board declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26. The record date for this dividend payment is January 16, 2026, with the payment date set for January 27, 2026.

The company also reported a one-time impact of ₹956 crore for the Group and ₹948 crore for the Company due to the New Labour Codes, which have been recognized as employee benefit expenses. Furthermore, HCL Technologies signed definitive agreements to acquire the Teko Solutions business from Hewlett Packard Enterprise for ₹1,438 crore and Jaspersoft from Cloud Software Group for ₹2,157 crore. Both acquisitions are expected to close within six months, subject to regulatory approvals.
