HCL Infosystems Limited has announced a special window for the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares. This facility is available for transfer deeds lodged prior to April 01, 2019, which were rejected or returned due to deficiencies. The special window will be open for six months, from July 07, 2025, to January 06, 2026. During this period, shares re-lodged for transfer will be issued in demat mode only, following the due process for transfer-cum-demat. Shareholders who missed the earlier deadline of March 31, 2021, are encouraged to utilize this opportunity. Necessary documents can be submitted to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Alankit Assignments Limited, or the Company directly.
