HCL Infosystems Limited has received a rectified order in Form GST DRC-08A dated January 16, 2026, from the Excise and Taxation Officer, Haryana. This order supersedes a previous demand of ₹1.23 crore confirmed on October 31, 2025, under the Haryana VAT Act, 2003, for the pre-GST period (April 2012 to March 2016).

Following submissions and clarifications made by the company, the demand has now been revised to nil. Consequently, there is no longer any subsisting demand against HCL Infosystems Limited concerning this matter. The company stated that this rectification has no material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities.
