HCL Infosystems Limited has announced the allotment of 10,00,000 unlisted, unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value ₹1000 each, aggregating to ₹100,00,00,000 (One Hundred Crore Rupees). This allotment was made through private placement on January 28, 2026, to HCL Capital Private Limited. The NCDs have a coupon rate of 0.001% per annum, with interest payable quarterly. The principal amount is due on completion of 10 years from the date of allotment, which is January 27, 2036. However, the NCDs may be redeemed earlier upon mutual agreement between the issuer and the allottee. These debentures are unsecured and do not carry any special rights or privileges. This issuance is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and relevant SEBI circulars. This follows a previous disclosure made on November 06, 2025.
