Havells India Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Reshu Madan as President & SBU Head, effective December 17, 2025. Mr. Madan brings nearly three decades of leadership experience, with a proven track record in transformation, P&L management, and growth acceleration across various industries. Previously, he served as Whole Time Director & CEO at Sterlite Electric Limited, where he achieved market leadership in the EHV segment and fostered innovation through strategic technology partnerships. He also held senior roles at TBEA Energy, Sudhir Gensets Limited, and Crompton Greaves Limited. Mr. Madan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharti Vidya Peeth College of Engineering, Pune, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad. This appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
