Hatsun Agro Product Limited (HAPL) has published newspaper advertisements in Financial Express (English) and Makkal Kural (Tamil) to inform its members about the dispatch of a Postal Ballot Notice. This notice pertains to proposed business to be transacted via postal ballot, with voting to be conducted through electronic means (e-voting). The e-voting period will commence on December 23, 2025, at 9:00 AM and conclude on January 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The cut-off date for determining voting rights was December 19, 2025.
