Hariom Pipe Industries Limited has announced the incorporation of its new subsidiary company, Metal Mart Private Limited (MMPL), on January 22, 2026. Hariom Pipe Industries Limited will hold 70% of the share capital of MMPL, with the subscription being made at par at the time of incorporation. The new subsidiary will operate in the Metal and Steel Industry, focusing on the trading of metals and steel allied products. The incorporation of Metal Mart Private Limited is a strategic move by Hariom Pipe Industries Limited to expand its business operations.
