The company is actively developing AI solutions across various industries, with Healthcare, EdTech, Retail, CPG, and Hi-Tech being key sectors. Happiest Minds is building an AI platform and focusing on Agentic AI offerings, which include AI Assistants, domain-specific copilots, intelligent search tools, AI-powered support agents, and sales automation.

They emphasize a 'Responsible AI' approach, integrating governance and guardrails from the outset to ensure AI is ethical, explainable, and safe.
