Gulshan Polyols Limited has reported an unfortunate industrial accident at its plant located in Borgaon, Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred on January 10, 2026, at approximately 05:00 PM, despite the presence of safety and precautionary measures.

Tragically, the accident resulted in the loss of a life of an unskilled contractual worker, who was subsequently taken to a nearby hospital. Following the incident, operations at the Borgaon plant were temporarily halted. The company has since resumed operations at the plant.

This incident has been intimated to the stock exchanges in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
