During the board meeting held on February 5, 2026, the re-appointment of Ms. Kirandeep Madan as Non-Executive Woman Independent Director for a second term from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031, was approved, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Bhavik Shah will transition from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective April 1, 2026, to focus on plant-related accounting activities. Mr. Krupesh Patel has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective April 1, 2026. The company also reported an incremental impact of ₹13.36 lakhs due to the new Labour Codes notified by the Government of India.
