Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) has announced the resignation of Shri Milind Torawane, IAS, from his position as Joint Managing Director. The resignation is effective from December 24, 2025. This change in directorship is due to his transfer and subsequent appointment as Principal Secretary to the Government, Education Department (Primary & Secondary Education), as per GAD Notification No. AIS/35.025/56/G dated December 23, 2025. Shri Milind Torawane has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of several companies, including Gujarat State Petronet Limited, with effect from December 24, 2025. He was serving as the Joint Managing Director at GSPL. A copy of his resignation letter has been enclosed with the announcement.
