Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 20, 2026, which commenced at 12:30 PM and concluded at 2:15 PM.

In Q3 FY26, GGL achieved its highest ever CNG volume of 3.45 mmscmd, an 11% increase from 3.12 mmscmd in Q3 FY25. Domestic PNG volume rose by 11% to 0.83 mmscmd, and Commercial PNG volume increased by 8% to 0.17 mmscmd compared to the previous year. The company is actively pursuing the FDODO model, signing 78 agreements with dealers, and saw one FDODO station become operational in Jamnagar during Q2 FY26.

Financially, revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹1,865 crore, up from ₹1,333 crore in Q3 FY25. EBITDA increased by 14% to ₹502 crore from ₹439 crore in the same period last year. Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 20% to ₹266 crore, compared to ₹222 crore in Q3 FY25.

Gujarat Gas also reported that the composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement was approved by shareholders on October 17, 2025, with voting results submitted to the stock exchanges. The company has appointed McKinsey & Company as a strategic consultant. GGL continues to expand its network, adding over 38,600 new domestic customers in Q3 FY26, serving more than 23.83 lakh households with a pipeline network of over 44,540 Inch Km.
