The Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Harsh Sanghavi, inaugurated Inox Solar’s new solar module manufacturing facility and Inox Wind’s nacelle and hub manufacturing facility near Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on December 18th, 2025. This initiative aligns with India's goal of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030. Inox Solar commissioned the first phase of its 3 GW solar module manufacturing facility at Bavla, Ahmedabad. This fully automated facility utilizes advanced N-type TOPCon technology for next-generation solar modules. Simultaneously, Inox Wind inaugurated its 1.2 GW nacelle and hub manufacturing plant at Kalyangarh, near Ahmedabad. This plant will produce components for Inox Wind’s 3 MW and upcoming 4X MW class wind turbines. The Deputy Chief Minister highlighted Gujarat's commitment to clean energy and sustainable development, emphasizing that these facilities will create over 2000 direct and indirect employment opportunities. Mr. Devansh Jain, Executive Director of INOXGFL Group, stated that the nacelle and hub plant will expand Inox Wind’s offerings and improve access to project sites. He also outlined ambitious growth plans for the solar business, targeting a cumulative capacity of 11 GW for solar modules and 8 GW for solar cells by FY27, with potential annual revenues exceeding ₹20,000 crore for Inox Clean Energy.
