GTPL Hathway Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated total revenue of ₹9,382 million (₹938.2 crore) for Q3 FY26, marking a 5% year-on-year growth. The EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹1,189 million (₹118.9 crore) with an EBITDA margin of 12.7% and an operating EBITDA margin of 23.9%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q3 FY26 was ₹111 million (₹11.1 crore).

In the Digital Cable TV segment, active subscribers were 9.40 million as of December 31, 2025, with paying subscribers at 8.70 million. Subscription revenue from Cable TV was ₹2,970 million (₹297 crore) for Q3 FY26. The Broadband segment saw an increase in subscribers by 18,000 year-on-year, reaching 1.06 million active subscribers. Broadband revenue increased by 4% year-on-year to ₹1,433 million (₹143.3 crore). The Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) for broadband was ₹465 per month, and average data consumption per user per month increased by 12% year-on-year to 410 GB.

Mr. Anirudhsinh Jadeja, Managing Director, GTPL Hathway Limited, commented on the results, highlighting the sustained subscriber base and the company's strategic focus on enhancing customer experience through value-added services like OTT and Gaming. He also mentioned the launch of GTPL Infinity, a HITS platform, as a significant milestone. The company's registered office is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and its corporate office is also located there.
