GTL Infrastructure Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This measure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
