GRP Limited announced an update regarding its investment in BECIS Solar 5 Private Limited ("BECIS"), a company involved in procuring solar power. This announcement follows previous intimations dated November 13, 2025, and November 14, 2025.

As part of the initial tranche of the transaction, GRP Limited has subscribed to and been allotted 3,51,351 fully paid-up equity shares. Each share has a face value of ₹1 and was issued at a premium of ₹0.01, aggregating to a total investment of ₹3,54,865.

This investment represents 26% of the issued and paid-up share capital of BECIS Solar 5 Private Limited.
