Grindwell Norton Limited has mutually agreed to terminate its Power Purchase Agreement and Share Subscription Agreement with Radiance MH Sunrise Thirteen Private Limited. These agreements were originally executed on April 9, 2026, for sourcing green energy from a solar power generation plant. The termination arises from the inability of Radiance MH Sunrise Thirteen Private Limited to commence supplying green energy as per the Commercial Operation Date stipulated in the Power Purchase Agreement. Consequently, both parties have decided to end the agreements. Grindwell Norton Limited has stated that this termination will not have any material impact on the company's financials or operations. This disclosure follows earlier announcements made on July 18, 2024, and September 13, 2024.
