Grindwell Norton Limited has received an order from the Office of The Commissioner of Customs, Chennai II (Import) for the payment of Anti-Dumping Duty.

The order, dated January 7, 2026, with reference number F.No. CUS/APR/MISC / 7758 / 2024 -GR 2, mandates the payment of Anti-Dumping duty on imported goods amounting to ₹18,36,190, inclusive of IGST.

The company is currently evaluating all available options, including the possibility of filing an appeal against this order. Grindwell Norton has stated that there is no material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities as a result of this order.
