Grindwell Norton Limited has received an order from the Office of The Commissioner of Customs, Chennai II (Import) for the payment of Anti-Dumping Duty. The order, dated January 7, 2026, mandates the payment of ₹18,36,190, which includes IGST, along with interest. Additionally, a redemption fine of ₹3,00,000 and a penalty of ₹1,50,000 have been levied.

The company stated that it is evaluating all available options, including filing an appeal against this order. Grindwell Norton Limited has also indicated that there is no material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities quantifiable in monetary terms as a result of this order.
