Greenply Industries Limited has announced changes in its senior management personnel. Mr. Manish Bhatia, Executive Vice President - HR & Admin, has resigned from his position. His resignation was submitted on December 5, 2025, and he was relieved from his services effective close of business hours on January 19, 2026. The management has acknowledged and appreciated Mr. Bhatia's contributions during his tenure.

Following Mr. Bhatia's departure, Mr. Nagendra Acharya, Sr. Vice President — HR & Admin and an existing Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has taken over the charge of Mr. Bhatia's responsibilities starting January 20, 2026. Mr. Acharya, who has been with Greenply since 2013, holds a B. Com (Hons.) degree and a PGCHRM from XLRI. He has held various leadership roles in Human Resources and is currently responsible for Pan-India Administration and Trade Partners’ Loyalty Programs. He will now serve as Group CHRO of Greenply Industries Limited.
