Greenpanel Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, approved these results on January 30, 2026. For the third quarter of FY26, the company reported a net profit after tax of ₹1,024.06 lakhs (₹10.24 crore), a significant improvement compared to a net loss of ₹611.86 lakhs in the corresponding period of the previous year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹41,970.10 lakhs (₹419.70 crore), up from ₹39,904.62 lakhs in Q3FY25. Revenue from operations for the quarter reached ₹41,627.22 lakhs (₹416.27 crore). The company's Medium Density Fibreboards (MDF) segment generated revenue of ₹38,812.66 lakhs, while the Plywood and allied products segment contributed ₹2,814.56 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company posted a net profit after tax of ₹3,050.16 lakhs (₹30.50 crore) compared to a net profit of ₹4,272.30 lakhs in the same period last year. Total income for the nine-month period was ₹1,15,035.65 lakhs (₹1,150.36 crore). The company also recognized an amount of ₹26,218 lakhs towards previously deferred approved subsidies related to its manufacturing plant in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, which includes power subsidy and green measure subsidy. Additionally, a foreign exchange loss of ₹2,296.91 lakhs was recognized in the quarter due to adverse movements in the EURO-INR exchange rate on its ECB loan.
