Gravita India Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, Gravita Netherlands BV ("GNBV"), will acquire an additional 15% stake in Gravita Europe S.R.L. This acquisition involves purchasing 3,50,891 shares. Following this transaction, GNBV's shareholding in Gravita Europe S.R.L. will rise from 80% to 95%. The total cash consideration for this acquisition is approximately 685,000 EURO, equivalent to ₹7.24 Crores. Gravita Europe S.R.L., based in Romania, is involved in the trading and recycling of waste tires. As of September 30, 2025, its turnover was ₹3.32 Crores. The company was incorporated on November 5, 2024, and thus, a three-year turnover history is not available. This acquisition is not considered a related party transaction. The transaction may require local authority approvals in Romania and is expected to be completed within approximately 30 days.
