The Postal Ballot Notice, along with the Explanatory Statement, was dispatched electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with their Depository Participants or the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFIN Technologies Limited. The cutoff date for determining eligible members was January 30, 2026. The notice is also available on the websites of BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, Gravita India's website (www.gravitaindia.com), and CDSL's e-voting website (www.evotingindia.com). Mr. Akshit Kumar Jangid, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot process. The remote e-voting facility is being provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The voting period commences at 9:00 AM on February 5, 2026, and concludes at 5:00 PM on March 6, 2026. Shareholders who have not registered their email addresses are advised to do so or contact the RTA or the company. Hard copies of the Postal Ballot Notice will not be sent, and voting will only be through the remote e-voting system.
