* Gravita India Limited has announced a postal ballot notice to seek shareholder approval for the revision in remuneration of key managerial personnel. * The special businesses to be transacted through the postal ballot include: * Revision in remuneration of Mr. Rajat Agrawal, Chairman cum Managing Director. * Revision in remuneration of Mr. Yogesh Malhotra, Whole-Time Director & CEO. * Revision in remuneration of Mr. Sunil Kansal, Whole-Time Director & CFO. * The e-voting period commences on 27th November 2025 at 9:00 A.M. and concludes on 26th December 2025 at 5:00 P.M. * The cut-off date for eligibility to vote is 21st November 2025. * The results of the postal ballot will be announced within two working days from the conclusion of the e-voting period and will be submitted to the stock exchanges.
