Grasim Industries Limited has issued a Letter of Awareness on January 28, 2026, to M/s JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., Canada, concerning M/s AV Group NB Inc., Canada. AV Group NB Inc. is a joint venture company where Grasim holds a 45% stake, with the remaining 55% held by promoter group companies P.T. Indo Bharat Rayon, Indonesia, and Thai Rayon Public Company Limited, Thailand. The joint venture has availed credit facilities amounting to CAD 27 million.
