Grasim Industries Limited has submitted a certificate confirming the shares dematerialised and rematerialised during the quarter ended 31st December 2025, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

The company reported that during the quarter from 01.10.2025 to 31.12.2025, a total of 31,581 shares were dematerialised with NSDL and 16,174 shares with CDSL, making a total of 47,755 shares dematerialised. No shares were rematerialised during this period.

As of 31st December 2025, the total number of shares in dematerialised form stood at 6,77,37,342, representing 99.53% of the company's total equity shares. The certificate was issued by Neelabja Chakrabarty, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
