Grand Foundry Limited has announced its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the 01/2025-26 period, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with relevant regulations.

The notice for the EGM was dispatched on Saturday, January 17, 2026, to members holding shares as of Friday, December 26, 2025. Members are eligible to cast their votes electronically through a remote e-voting system provided by Purva Share Registry (India) Private Limited. The remote e-voting period will commence on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and conclude on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

The cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-voting is Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Members who acquire shares after the EGM notice is sent and hold them as of the cut-off date can obtain user IDs and passwords by contacting the RTA or the company. Members who have already voted remotely can still attend the EGM but cannot vote again. Those who have not voted remotely can cast their vote during the EGM. The EGM notice is also available on the company's website (www.gfsteel.co.in) and the stock exchange websites (BSE and NSE).
