Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has announced the acquisition of an approximately 8.5-acre land parcel through an outright purchase in Mahalunge, Pune. This development is expected to have a developable potential of around 2.1 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,000 crore.
