Godawari Power & Ispat Limited (GPIL) has announced an update regarding its decision to act as a Specific Investor in the Rights Issue of Deccan Gold Mines Ltd (DGML). In a previous announcement dated 04.12.2025, GPIL had informed about its intention to participate as a Specific Investor as per Regulation 778 of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018. However, the company now states that the Rights Issue Offer of DGML has been oversubscribed. Consequently, GPIL is no longer required to subscribe to any shares of DGML under the said Rights Issue Offer as a Specific Investor. This announcement is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015.
