Godawari Power And Ispat Limited (GPIL) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from January 1, 2026, and will extend for 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors meeting to consider these financial results is scheduled for February 6, 2026. Consequently, the trading window will remain closed until February 8, 2026, which is 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting. This intimation follows a previous letter dated December 29, 2025, regarding the trading window closure for directors, KMPs, and other designated employees.
