Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (GNFC) has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 01, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. These results must first be approved by the Board of Directors. During this period, any dealing involving the purchase or sale of the company's shares by connected persons or designated employees, including their relatives, is strictly prohibited, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the financial results will be intimated separately.
