Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (GNFC) has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

During this meeting, the Board will inter-alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2025.

In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of GNFC will remain closed for all Designated Persons. This closure is effective from the previously intimated date of December 26, 2025, and will be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the said period. Dealings involving the purchase or sale of the Company's shares by designated or connected persons and their relatives are prohibited during this closure period.
