Globe Civil Projects Limited announced its Audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on May 30, 2026. The company reported a stable performance, driven by disciplined execution, cost management, and project completion progress. For the full financial year 2026 (FY26), the standalone total income was ₹3,797.53 million (₹379.75 crore), with a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹323.08 million (₹32.31 crore) and an EPS of ₹4.18. On a consolidated basis, FY26 total income stood at ₹4,090.39 million (₹409.04 crore), with PAT at ₹232.99 million (₹23.30 crore) and an EPS of ₹4.18. In the fourth quarter of FY26 (Q4 FY26), standalone total income was ₹1,316.16 million (₹131.62 crore) and consolidated total income was ₹1,444.69 million (₹144.47 crore). As of March 31, 2026, the company's order book was approximately ₹730 crore, providing strong revenue visibility. Globe Civil Projects expanded its footprint across 11 states, completing over 37 projects and managing 13-15 ongoing projects. Government and public sector projects constitute about 55% of the pending order book. Notable project wins during FY26 include the Central University of Punjab project (₹173 crore), an International Cricket Stadium project (₹222 crore), IIT Kanpur project (₹71 crore), NIT Delhi project (₹13 crore), and IIT Delhi project (₹98.85 crore). Mr. Vipul Khurana, Managing Director, commented that the performance reflects a continued focus on disciplined execution and cost optimization. He expressed cautious optimism about sustaining growth momentum, emphasizing strengthening execution capabilities and improving working capital efficiency.
