The appointment is effective from January 28, 2026, and is for the Financial Year 2025-26. M/s Ummed Jain & Co., established in 1981 and headquartered in Jaipur, brings extensive experience in assurance, taxation, and advisory services. The firm has a significant track record in conducting statutory audits for listed companies and their subsidiaries, public sector undertakings, banks, and insurance entities. Notably, they also have experience with statutory central and branch audits of banks and mutual fund inspections assigned by SEBI. The firm also serves as the Statutory Auditor for the holding company, Global Surfaces Limited.
