Gujarat Kidney And Super Speciality Limited (GKSL) has issued a Postal Ballot Notice dated May 28, 2026, seeking approval from its members for a variation in the terms of utilization of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) proceeds. This resolution will be passed through a remote e-voting process. The e-voting facility will commence on Friday, June 05, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and conclude on Saturday, July 04, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. The company has engaged MUFG Intime India Private Limited to provide the remote e-voting facility. The proposed variation involves reallocating unutilized IPO proceeds. Specifically, out of the balance amount of ₹25.14 crore for healthcare expansion and development of a multi-speciality hospital project in Bharuch through a new subsidiary, the company plans to utilize ₹6.12 crore for investment in its existing subsidiary, Raj Palmland Hospital Private Limited, Bharuch. This includes leasing new infrastructure and installing more equipment, as well as creating an IVF facility at the parent company. The remaining ₹19.02 crore from this object will be transferred to the object of funding inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes, increasing its allocated amount to ₹31.64 crore. The company believes focusing on the existing subsidiary will be more cost-effective and have a shorter gestation period for ROI compared to incorporating a new entity.
