Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) has announced changes in its senior management. Shri Naresh Kumar Purohit has been appointed as Executive Director (Mines) on a fixed-term contract, effective January 1, 2026. Shri N. K. Purohit brings extensive expertise to GIPCL, holding an M. Tech in Industrial Engineering & Management and an MBA in HR & Marketing. He possesses over 35 years of experience in mining operations and mine management. In a separate development, Shri Rajendra Prasad Paliwal, formerly AGM (RE Projects), has been promoted to the position of General Manager (RE Projects). This promotion also took effect on January 1, 2026. These changes are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
