General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC Re) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will be shut from January 1, 2026. It will reopen forty-eight hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This closure is in accordance with GIC Re's "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading – 2025" and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Designated individuals and their close relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares or securities during this period. The date of the Board meeting to consider the financial results will be intimated separately.
