KFin Technologies Limited, acting as the Registrar, Share Transfer, and Depository Services agent, has confirmed that details of securities dematerialized during the said period have been furnished to all stock exchanges where GIC Housing Finance shares are listed. They further affirmed that share certificates received for dematerialization were duly mutilated, cancelled, and the depositories' names were substituted as registered owners within 15 days of receiving the documents.
